1 can Navy Beans
1 scallion
1 clove garlic
1/2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 lemon juiced
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
Dash of paprika
Freshly ground pepper

Rinse the beans. Throw everything into a food processor and serve. It's a nice alternative to hummus.
